Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

No gym required! While having some dumbbells or resistance bands can enhance your results, we provide modifications for home-based workouts using minimal equipment.

Do I have to count calories or follow a strict meal plan?

We don’t believe in strict dieting or calorie obsession. You’ll learn how to eat smart, nourish your body, and create flexibility—all while burning fat and feeling full.
